Keep one thing in your mind; keep your computer away from 20 – 26 inches away from your eyes. Clean the computer surface and fingerprints on regular basis because smudges can create issues like defiant stare and reflections.

Select a computer screen that is slanting.

So blink as much as you can while working on computers, mobile phones or playing video games.

Exercise your eyes:

Here is another very important rule that will reduce the problem of computer eye strain. After every 20 minutes look away from your computer to any distant object for 20 seconds only. It will be a great exercise for your eyes and it will release the eye pressure.

Take standard breaks:

To reduce the risk of vision syndrome, take frequent breaks from your computer work. A recent study has proved that, it is better to take 4- 5 computer breaks for almost 15 minutes throughout the day.
