  • 2 teaspoon honey
  • 1 and a half teaspoon almond butter
  • Half teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Half teaspoon cinnamon
  • Half teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/8 teaspoon ginger
  • Black pepper (optional)
How to make:
  • Put milk in a saucepan. Then, add honey, turmeric, ginger, almond milk, almond butter, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Then, heat it on low flame until warm. Stir it continuously, so that almond butter doesn’t stick to the bottom of the pan.
  • Don’t let it boil. Pour it into a mug and sip deeply.
  • You can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.

Golden Milk

It is the ancient Indian medicine that is very effective. It is also easy to make. Earlier, it is known as Haldidhoodh. Now, in western words, it is called ‘Golden milk.’

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 or 2 green cardamom
  • Black peppercorns
  • Cinnamon stick
How to make:
  • Put milk in a pan on medium flame. When the milk is little lukewarm, then add turmeric powder on it.
  • Then, add crushed cardamom, black peppercorns, and cinnamon stick.
  • Stir it all together and bring to a low simmer for five minutes. You don’t be required to boil it, but it should be nicely hot throughout.

Turmeric and Cinnamon Detox Water:

Ingredients:
  • ¼ tsp turmeric powder
  • ¼ cinnamon powder
  • ½ lemon juice
How to make:
  • For this detox water, take 1 cup of water in a saucepan and heat it for 2 or 3 minutes.
  • Add turmeric powder and mix it well
  • Add cinnamon powder and mix it well
  • Then, switch off the flame
  • Let the water cool down a bit and add lemon juice and stir it.
