We have been hearing this phrase “Health is Wealth since our childhood. But nobody is well aware of its accurate meaning. It means that it does not matter how wealthy you are, the most important thing is health, if you are not healthy, you cannot enjoy any moment of your life.

Now a days, people are suffering from different ailments, like blood pressure, diabetes, obesity, heart problems, kidney diseases and many more. And most of these diseases result because of our lifestyle. What do you think, when you visit a 5 star hotel for lunch or dinner and you are not able to taste even a single thing because of your poor health. Money is nothing if it does not give you the opportunity to enjoy the luxuries of life and you cannot spend it on your dear ones. Money is important but money is not everything. There is no replacement of health, so heath should be the top priority. Even a little money is enough for you, if you are enjoying your life with good health.
